When we were tasked with launching the new master brands for the Grafton merchant businesses, we were keen to do something which spoke to builders, plumbers and electricians in a way which wasn’t in the traditional ‘lad’ vernacular.
Our solution… get straight to the point. These workers are in a builders’ merchant because they have a job to do and they are in a Grafton merchant because the staff know exactly how to help them do it.
